This website is run by Pankaj Sharma, who works under the name Local SEO Guy (“I”, “me”). This policy explains what personal information I collect through localseoguy.in, why, and the choices you have. I keep it short and plain.
What I collect
- Details you send me through the website forms, WhatsApp, email or phone: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, business name, city, business type and your message.
- Booking details you enter when scheduling a call through Calendly.
- Basic usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, if website analytics are enabled.
I don’t ask for sensitive information such as payment card details, passwords or government ID numbers through this website.
Why I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To schedule and hold calls you book.
- To deliver services if we agree to work together.
- To understand how the website is used so I can improve it.
I don’t sell your personal information, and I don’t add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Some information passes through trusted third-party tools that have their own privacy policies:
- Hostinger — website hosting and sending form enquiries to my email.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — when you choose to message me on WhatsApp.

How long I keep it
I keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of our working relationship and any period required by law. After that, I delete them.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask me to access, correct or delete the personal information you’ve shared, withdraw your consent, or raise a concern. Just email me and I’ll respond as soon as possible.
